Born and raised on the beautiful island of Rhodes, my journey into professional wellness began after completing my studies in Aesthetics at the TEI of Athens. In 2002, I took my first major step by opening my own beauty space, where my passion for holistic well-being quickly shaped my approach.

Over the years, I enriched my practice with transformative training in Reflexology (2012) and Reiki (2005), which deepened my understanding of the connection between mind, body, and soul. During the unprecedented stillness of 2020, I embraced the opportunity to train in the Soul Realignment® (S.R.) system—a modality that profoundly impacted me. Today, I combine all these experiences to help others reconnect with their true selves and align with their highest potential.
